Cake Decorating Classes at Cake Sera-Sera

Class fee:

$35 Includes Lesson Book, and four 2-hour sessions

Cake decorating kit:

$33 (if needed- 53 pieces) Kit includes decorating bags, couplers, decorating tips (for various piping designs), a flower nail (for roses), one small spatula, tip cleaning brush, and a practice board set, et. al.

Times: Three Thursday evenings ~ 6:30pm

(Starts February 4th)

Learn how to:

ï Make wedding cake (homemade buttercream) icing, and use an icing bag with various tips.

ï Prepare parchment bags, use decorating gel, ice a cake smooth ìlike a proî, make icing roses.

ï Pipe icing figures (clowns, animals, etc.), do a gel pattern transfer, and do character cakes.

ï Make an icing bow, stems/vines, leaves and flower bouquet.

Other items available for use and/or sale. (i.e., rotating decorating turntables, cake boards, etc.)
